The in-line annealer is dedicated to “basket to basket” annealing of IGT mother tube. The machine runs up to 500 m/min, with a coil weight up to 1200kg.
The In-line annealer consist of a mechanical payoff and take up system, induction heating system, quenching system with related controls.The combination of flexibility and high efficiency is a perfect solution for IGT mother tube annealing.
